We offer refunds in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means refunds will be given on items that are faulty or not as described.
This does not apply when an item was purchased with a known fault or was damaged after purchase.
Change of Mind
We no longer offer refunds where a customer has changed their mind or where the item is an unwanted gift.
Can I get a refund or exchange on an item without a receipt?
To obtain a refund or exchange a till receipt or proof of purchase (such as bank statement) is needed.
How long will it take for a refund to go back on my bank card?
Any funds due should appear on your bank account statement with 5-10 working days. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control.
